Kristin Jones — widely known in the industry as KJ — joined Quad in 2025 as Senior Vice President, Integrated Media Strategy & Client Development at Rise, bringing over two decades of experience in media planning, marketing strategy and integrated communications. In this role, she leads high-performing teams to design and deliver media solutions that drive business growth for clients across categories — leveraging her deep expertise in both traditional and digital channels.
 
Before joining Quad and Rise, KJ most recently served as Global Media Lead at Wavemaker, overseeing all media and marketing efforts for one of WPP’s top 10 clients, Colgate-Palmolive. Prior to that, she was EVP, Global Managing Partner at UM, where she led strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio including Spotify, Energizer, Aetna, Klaviyo and Eargo. During her 5+ year-long tenure at UM, she also spearheaded global initiatives for brands like Sony, Heinz, and Johnson & Johnson.
 
Earlier in her impressive career, KJ held the role of Managing Director at OMD New York, where she led integrated teams across more than 10 accounts including Cigna, Luxottica, Walgreens Boots Alliance, GE, JCPenney and Sony. Across every role, she has built a reputation for leading cross-functional teams across planning, buying, analytics and creative — while delivering innovative, business-focused solutions at scale.

KJ currently lives in New Jersey with her family and spends her time mentoring emerging talent, exploring new ideas and staying endlessly curious about what’s next in media and marketing.
