Nicole Lowry, an Atlanta native now based in Dallas, is a seasoned HR leader with over eight years of experience, including six at Quad, where she serves as Senior Director of Human Resources supporting Betty, Rise, and Quad Agency Solutions. She partners with executives to tackle complex challenges, drive business strategy, and elevate the employee experience.

A passionate advocate for building strong workplace communities, Nicole has led two Business Resource Groups and contributed to numerous enterprise initiatives, resulting in impactful policy and process improvements that strengthen organizational culture and create environments where employees feel connected and valued.

Known by many as “HR Bestie” and/or “Cool HR,” she takes a people-first approach while challenging the status quo. Nicole frequently speaks on topics such as leadership, EQ, organizational culture, and employee engagement in remote and hybrid environments. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and continuously seeking new opportunities for growth.
