Evan Hughes joined Quad in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Strategic Agency Development at Rise, bringing more than 15 years of experience spanning business development, team building and agency leadership. In this role, he is shaping Rise’s strategic direction and agency transformation initiatives, while also leading agency-wide initiatives such as operations, resourcing, training and Rise’s go-to-market approach.

Prior to joining Quad and Rise, Evan held senior roles across WPP (Wavemaker, GroupM), Kepler Group and IPG (UM, Mediabrands and McCann), where he helped secure over $2 billion in media billings through growth initiatives.  

Evan is a trusted partner and mentor. He helps teams stay focused on creating the best conditions for real people to do their best work with an approach that emphasizes clarity, accountability and collaboration.

Earlier in his career, Evan served as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, an experience that shaped his steady, mission-first leadership style and deep belief in the power of strong teams.

Currently living in New York, Evan can be found chasing his kids between their favorite playgrounds, powered by his trusty sneakers and several cups of coffee.
