Nicklaus Children's Hospital came to us with a request for a total rebrand and redesign of their website. Rise worked toward the creation of a high-converting website that would stand out from others in the industry.

One of the main objectives of Nicklaus Children's Hospital was to differentiate themselves from similar providers in the industry. To break out of the sea of sameness, Rise combined a comforting and reassuring visual design with top notch UX. nicklauschildrens.org incorporated child-friendly elements, comforting design, clean white accented by abstract, colorful shapes, that evoke professionalism.

User feedback revealed that “services” and “appointments” were the main point of interest for their target audience.

Rise teams from development to design, UX to SEO, and more, recommended a streamlined content structure to create a user-friendly website that would allow users to find information and sections they needed more easily. The process resulted in a 13% YoY increase in “Find a Physician” conversions.
